Black bar around the screen with HDMI cable

Solved

Hello,
I installed an HDMI cable between the PC and the screen, and although it displays the correct resolution of 1920x1080, I find myself with a screen cut off by about 3cm all around.
Is there a solution, or do I need to go back to the DVI cable?
Thank you for any answers and solutions if there are any.

    Solution found:
    Open the Catalyst Control Center
    Click on:
    - "Graphics"
    - "Desktops & Displays"
    - Right-click on the screen on the small bar at the bottom (not the large one in the center) if you have multiple screens, select the one that is causing issues.
    - Select "Configure..."
    - Then look for the "Scaling Options" icon and click on it
    - Set the slider to 0% (Overscan) to properly adjust the screen.
