Hello,
I need your help. I created a video using Windows Live Movie Maker (Windows 7). Once finished, I saved the project and the movie. However, the next day, while watching the movie, I realized that I made a big spelling mistake in one of the captions. I thought, no problem, I'll fix it in the project. Once I opened the project with Movie Maker, I noticed that the captions, music, and titles are all there, but there are no images??? They are replaced by crosses!?! How can I reintroduce my images without having to start everything over???
Thank you.

Hi!!
I have the same issue except that I don't have a red cross on my photos, I only hear the music I had put. Yet my photos are still in the same place.... I don't understand!!!! Please reply to me!!!! -
No, all the images are on the PC. But I don't understand, I saved the project and the movie on the same PC, how come I can watch the movie and all the images have disappeared from the project?? Is there no way to recover them?? And can I convert my movie again so that I can correct my titles, is that possible?

If there are crosses instead of your images, it means you deleted them from your computer, so you will unfortunately have to start all over again.

Wouldn't you have used a USB stick, a USB drive, a CD/DVD, or a network drive to acquire your images/videos?
A support that you have since disconnected?
