GROS BEUG ORIGINE INCONNUE

J'ai vraiment un gros soucis, d'habitude je m'en sors pas trop mal seule mais la ...
Tout a commencé avec msn, j'ai accepté une adresse hotmail inconnue (je sais, c'est pas malin) Bref j'ai fini par le bloquer et le supprimer, mais les problèmes on commencé la:
Mes onglets MSN ne clignotais plus a la reception des messages instantanés.
Puis mon adresse c'est mise à envoyer des liens bourrés de virus à mes contacts.
J'ai voulu desinstallé msn, mais je ne le trouvais pas dans mes programmes, dans la tache "ajouter/supprimer des programmes". J'ai télécharger zapmessenger, mais il a tourné une partie de la nuit sans succès (j'étais en mode normal). J'ai donc fais l'erreur de supprimer directement dans mon disque dur les programme de Windows Live messenger (C:, Programmes), et j'ai tenté de le réinstaller: echec total, avec des messages erreurs en tout genre, comme ox8007007e, ou 800ffff. J'ai donc cherché autre chose et j'ai lu que ce logiciel ce lançait en mode sans echec. Résulat, je redémarre mon pc, je prend le mode sans echec, et bing, sa plante !! avec un bel écran tout bleu (jvou laisse imaginer combien j'étais ravis !!)
J'ai fais une restauration système qui n'a rien changé, si se n'est que j'ai récupérer windows live messenger (qui présente toujours le même problème)
J'avoue être complétement dépassée.

On va vérifier cela, télécharge RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau ici :

- Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
- Clique sur Continue dans la fenêtre
- RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
- Poste le contenue des deux rapports, log.txt et info.txt(réduit dans la barre des tâches) à la fin de l’analyse
Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

- Redémarre en mode sans échec :
Au redémarrage de ton PC tapote sur la touche F8 ou F5, sur l'écran suivant déplace toi avec les flèches de direction et choisis Mode sans échec. Choisis ta session habituelle et non la session Administrateur
---
- Double clique sur le raccourci de MalwareByte's Anti-Malware qui est sur le bureau.
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet si ce n'est pas déjà fait
- clique sur Rechercher
- Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur sur OK
- Si MalwareByte's n'a rien détecté, clique sur OK Un rapport va apparaître ferme-le.
- Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats ensuite sur Supprimer la sélection
- Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau comme cela il sera plus facile à retrouver, poste ensuite ce rapport.
Note : Si MalwareByte's a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur OK

OK c'est bon, on continu :
Télécharge et installe UsbFix par El Desaparecido , C_XX & Chimay8

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir.
• Faire un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .
• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]
• Laisse travailler l'outil.
• Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra.
Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
Note2 : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, caméra, Carte SD, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
• Faire un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisi "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".
• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .
• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 2 " ( Suppression ) et tape sur [entrée]
• Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera.
• Au redémarrage, UsbFix scannera ton PC, laisse travailler l'outil.
• Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra avec le bureau.
• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Refais un scan avec RSIT et poste le contenu du rapport log.txt à la fin de l’analyse

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs UAC (tu le réactiveras après le scan):
- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
[*]Télécharge AD-Remover (de Cyrildu17 / C_XX) sur ton Bureau.

Déconnecte-toi et ferme toutes applications en cours
[*]Double-clique sur le programme d'installation, installe-le dans son emplacement par défaut (C:\Program files).
[*]Faire un clique droit sur l'icône AD-Remover située sur ton Bureau et choisir exécuter en tant qu'administrateur.
[*]Au menu principal, choisis l'option L.
[*]Poste le rapport qui apparaît à la fin.
(Le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report(date).log)
(CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner, CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)
Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus comme une infection, ne pas en tenir compte, il s'agit d'un faux positif, continue la procédure

Refais un scan avec RSIT et poste le contenu du rapport log.txt à la fin de l’analyse

Télécharge OTM (de Old_Timer) sur le bureau :

Un récalcitrant, voir a le faire en mode sans échec :
Au redémarrage de ton PC tapote sur la touche F8 ou F5, sur l'écran suivant déplace toi avec les flèches de direction et choisis Mode sans échec. Choisis ta session habituelle et non la session Administrateur

- Télécharge SafeBoot sur le bureau

- A décompressé sur le bureau
- Déconnecte ton PC du net
- Clic droit sur safeboot_vista.reg choisis Fusionner dans la liste, accepte la fusion avec le registre
- Tente ensuite de redémarrer en mode sans échec.

- Et choisi le bureau comme lieu d'enregistrement, double clique sur FindyKill.exe sur le bureau pour lancer l’installation
Branche tous tes supports amovibles (clefs USB, disque dur externe, carte flash etc..).
Clique droit sur le raccourci de FindyKill sur le bureau et choisir exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
Au menu principal, choisis l'option 1 (Recherche).
Poste le rapport a la fin de la recherche, le rapport ce trouve ici C:\FindyKill.txt

Winnie fais ceci !
Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)
▶ Télécharge List_Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau
▶ Branche clés usb , disques durs externes , mp3 , mp4 , etc..
double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation
coche la case "creer une icone sur le bureau"
une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul
choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche
▶ laisse travailler l'outil
à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.
un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini.
▶ Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED"
tu peux supprimer le rapport catchme.log de ton bureau maintenant.
