Hello,
When I try to make an outgoing call, I hear 3 notes of music with a voice saying "This type of call is not allowed." I checked my mobile operator's website which states "It is also possible that your phone has been configured to prevent outgoing calls. When this is the case, a message like 'unauthorized call' appears on your phone screen. If so, we kindly ask you to refer to your device's manual to disable this option."
However, I can't find this option anywhere in my user manual.
What is preventing my outgoing calls?
On the other hand, there is no problem receiving calls.

We had the same problem. We had activated the option "filtering of anonymous calls and certain incoming calls" on our management interface (Free). We could no longer reach home. We had to disable these two options and then reactivate them (or leave them disabled). The problem was resolved. Check if you have this option with your service provider.
