First of all, I find that nowadays people have become as mechanical as a machine, if not worse.
Someone asks for a link to a FREE reverse directory. After 79 posts, not a single good answer. The worst part is that some even send you the disputed link.
It's annoying to find "trinket" posts on forums; they are decorative, but they are so cumbersome.
I ended up here looking for one of those famous directories, and I only wasted my time.

But in passing, I had an idea to easily identify a number.
Here it is:

Make three successive anonymous calls very close in time (e.g. 3 seconds between each).
You will definitely end up on their voicemail.
Here’s how to do it:
Make the first call; if they’re not reachable, that’s fine; otherwise, without hanging up
Make the second call; if they don’t have the call waiting function, that’s fine; otherwise, without hanging up
Make the third call, and that’s for sure.
