probleme spybot Résolu

Bonjour,
je fais un nettoyage du pc, j'utilise spybot et il n'arrive pas a corriger des erreurs d'un virus ("double d"),

il y a aussi un programme qui porte comme nom "f5jmwnzthi" dans les programmes au demarage du pc je sais pas ce que cest...

Desactive ton antivirus le temps de la manip ainsi que ton parefeu si présent(car il est detecté a tort comme infection)

&#9654 Télécharge List&Kill'em et enregistre le sur ton bureau 

&#9654 Branche clés usb , disques durs externes , mp3 , mp4 , etc..

double clique ( clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista/7 ) sur le raccourci sur ton bureau pour lancer l'installation

coche la case "creer une icone sur le bureau"

une fois terminée , clic sur "terminer" et le programme se lancera seul

choisis la langue puis choisis l'option 1 = Mode Recherche

&#9654 laisse travailler l'outil

à l'apparition de la fenetre blanche , c'est un peu long , c'est normal , le programme n'est pas bloqué.

un rapport du nom de catchme apparait sur ton bureau , ignore-le,ne le poste pas , mais ne le supprime pas pour l instant, le scan n'est pas fini.

&#9654 Poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre aux 100 % du scan à l'ecran "COMPLETED"

tu peux supprimer le rapport catchme.log de ton bureau maintenant.

Bien que ce soit ton outil, on ne commence par une désinfection par un scan généraliste, tu dois le savoir.

Télécharge OTL de OLDTimer

&#9654 Double clic ( pour vista / 7 => clic droit "executer en tant qu'administrateur") sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

&#9654 Coche la case devant scan all users

Pour nettoyer les outils utilsés et mieux sécuriser ton pc -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ▶---> Télécharge ToolsCleaner2sur ton Bureau. * Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) sur ToolsCleaner2.exe pour le lancer. * Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan agir. * Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser. * Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options Facultatives. * Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport. * Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\). ___________________________________________________ ▶ Tu peux supprimer ToolCleaner ___________________________________________________ ▶ Télécharge :ATF Cleaner par Atribune Double-clique (clic droit "en tant qu'administrateur" pour Vista) ATF-Cleaner.exe afin de lancer le programme.
