Hello,
I can't completely uninstall Pinnacle, what should I do? It won't open to tell me that it doesn't work all the time, it's driving me crazy.

I think you could go to "Add or Remove Programs" and uninstall it, but I don't know if that's available on all computers...

Good evening, Luna
To completely remove Pinnacle (and any other software): After uninstalling it through "Add or Remove Programs", right-click on Start and then left-click on "Search". When the window opens, go to "Advanced options" and check the small box to the left of the three options written in bold. In the upper rectangular box, enter the name of the software (Pinnacle), open the "Search in" box and specify the hard drive(s). The search will begin, and when it’s finished, select the files and delete them.
Then click on "Start-Run", type "regedit" to open the registry and in the "Edit" menu click on "Find". In the window that opens, type the name of the software and click on "Next". The search will start and highlight one of the files in one of the two columns to be deleted. Delete this file and then press "F3" to search for another file, and so on until the window "Search completed" appears.
Note that software often has a double name, for example, "Pinnacle" - "Studio". Therefore, you should perform the above steps twice, once for "Pinnacle" and once for "Studio".
You say that Pinnacle is not working; I use it often myself (Pinnacle Studio 12) and it works very well. The only thing to never do with Pinnacle logs is to never delete files named that in the "Shared Documents" folder. Indeed, during installation, a "Pinnacle" file is created there which contains operational elements.
So, I don’t know if my answer will help you; I hope so anyway.
Good uninstallation and see you soon. -

Hi,
try reg cleaner, or ccleaner. If that doesn't work, download unlocker then go to disk C; program files, grab the pinnacle folder, right-click on it and the unlocker magic wand will appear, click left on it and it should either delete it or offer to delete it on the next reboot of your computer.
then manually delete the shortcuts, and a good registry clean with ccleaner and everything should be back to normal.
Good luck

Hello, Fleur
Have you tried starting in safe mode to see what your computer is saying? If not, give it a try:
To start in safe mode, when the computer starts up or restarts, keep tapping the F8 key on the keyboard. After a little while, several options will appear; use the up arrow on the keyboard to position yourself on "Safe Mode", at the top of the screen, and press Enter. If the same message still appears, go to "Add or Remove Programs" and see if Pinnacle is listed there; if it is, click on it and follow the instructions.
If this doesn't work, you should try deleting all "Pinnacle" entries from the registry as I indicated.
Best regards and good luck,

Hello!
I have another problem (probably stupid, but still):
I would like to sell my Dazzle Video Creator, but if I sell it, my buyer will not be able to install the software since I have already used the serial number of my device.
Please reply to me!!?
Thank you in advance.
