PHP Url rewriting

Bonjour, voilà je vais essayé d'être clair.

J'ai une image de fond, et dessus j'affiche deux bonhomme en Flash.

Voilà, quand j'affiche ça, ma page est image.php et je voudrais que ça soit image.png

Mais sur internet je ne trouve rien qui m'explique ça clairement.
