Hello,
I installed the Samsung Secret Zone software that comes with a hard drive, but when I launch it, it says "The service program has not been executed" and that's it... I can't get it to run...
If anyone has an explanation with a solution, thank you in advance...

I'm now responding with this 6-year-old info, but it's the first site that appears when dealing with this issue. So a solution is good to share.
You can visit Seagate's website, which manufactures Samsung hard drives. A list of actions is available to resolve the problems.
