Wireless keyboard/mouse issue Advance CLS

Hello,
I bought a wireless keyboard/mouse kit, Advance CLS, and I can't get it to work.
I connected the relay base to my PC and installed the drivers (the devices are recognized, they appear in the device manager).
But where it gets stuck is when I try to communicate with the keyboard or the mouse. I press the "connect" button on the base and then on the keyboard, but nothing happens; my base keeps blinking green but there is no red button lit. I also tried with the mouse (after a night of charging), but it doesn't work either. I've tried a bit of everything but still nothing.
Does anyone have an idea???

I just had the same issue.
How to solve this problem?!!

Same problem for me!
The keyboard connects and works but I have no response from the mouse connection!!!
If anyone has the solution it would be nice!!!

Almost the same thing for me: the keyboard works perfectly (CLS 1443C) but the mouse doesn't hold up. It works a little then suddenly the pointer shoots from one side of the screen to the other, then nothing, it stays fixed. I look at the mouse and the pointer's LED (red laser) is blinking like crazy. Nothing to do, the only way is to put the mouse back on the charger for a few seconds and then it starts again for 30 seconds and bam, it crashes again...GRRRR!

Well! I also have a big problem and... if the mouse works... on the other hand, the keyboard does not respond. Furthermore, the installation CD for ESET is broken... could someone send me the driver advance cls-1443C... or tell me where I can download it!

Having lost the driver for this equipment (damaged mini CD), I also looked to download it.

This equipment is found under various references: Xpire MK1443WC, Typhoon wireless office desktop SL design, or Gembird KBS-1400.

Click on the base's connect button, then hold the mouse's connect button for a few seconds (the base's blinking will speed up when it's good), then click on the keyboard's connect button and it should work (try several times for the mouse as it works but the keyboard doesn't always...)

APART FROM THAT, my scroll wheel doesn't work does anyone know how to fix it?? Or do you know where to download the drivers???

Well, reading all this, I'm starting to regret buying this equipment...
I just posted about it in the hardware forum...
I have the keyboard + mouse kit CS L3978 and I'm encountering the same type of issues...
However, I read that you mentioned the device manager to check if the hardware was recognized...
Where can we see that?

Okay, I'm editing this message because I just found the device manager, and I don't see anywhere, neither under keyboard nor under mouse, the presence of ADVANCE hardware... I only see a Microsoft keyboard (probably the one that came with the PC when I bought it...) and two for the mouse (a Microsoft and a HIP...)

Pff, I'm losing my mind...

After about twenty attempts, I finally managed to connect my two devices, mouse and keyboard
connect it to the charging dock, then to the button on the mouse
repeat the action for the keyboard
NOTE: the keyboard and mouse are recognized as HIP user interface

I had the same problem with the mouse!! It needs to be on the base for it to be recognized!!! It worked for me!! But I still have trouble setting all the buttons!! If you still want the drivers, leave me a message at vince.62@free.fr

I bought a keyboard/mouse kit, everything works but after 3 hours the keyboard stops working, that is to say the backlight turns off :s Strange, can you help me?

I solved the problem by buying a long-tailed mouse!!! In other words, a wired one...
And the keyboard remains wireless and works very well...
