Install wireless keyboard without receiver

Hello,
I received a wireless keyboard, and I don’t have a receiver with it, nor an installation CD, NOTHING...
And I would just like to ask if it is possible to install this keyboard without a receiver...
Just so you know, I have an infrared connection.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Indeed, there are batteries and a connect button on it, but if I press it, nothing happens...
