NGS Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Issue

Hello, hello, I'm posting a message because I have a problem with a wireless keyboard and mouse (NGS slim kit optical):
my problem is the following:
I install the drivers and everything with the CD, then when I turn on the PC, my keyboard works until it says "Windows XP" and then the loading bar at the bottom, and from that moment on, nothing responds.
So I don't understand the origin of the problem.
My setup: Windows XP SP2 Home.
If anyone has a solution!

(When I go to add hardware (even if I've installed it with the CD) and I click on "USB wireless keyboard..." it wants me to search to install it on the internet, then it tells me that it can't install it and that the problem is that the drivers are not installed..) 
Configuration: Windows XP Firefox 2.0.0.6

    Yes, I synced the box, but by the way, I didn't mention that the mouse also doesn't work after the "Windows XP," but since we can't use it beforehand, I didn't think it was necessary to point out ^^
