Salut ,
(!) Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
• Double clic sur "UsbFix.exe" présent sur ton bureau .
• Choisis l' option F pour français et et tape sur [entrée] .
• choisis l'option 2 ( Suppression ) et tape sur [entrée].
• Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .
• Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l'outil.
• Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .
• Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

▶ Accepte en cliquant sur YES.
• Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTM\MovedFiles\
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

▶ Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
• Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
• Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).
• Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
• Poste le contenu de log.txt .

Il ya en tout cas du changement mais je n'arrive toujours pas à désinstaller l'antivirus pour le réinstaller car lorsque je le lance il ne réagit pas

• Le scan ne doit pas dépasser trois minutes.
• Un premier rapport va s'ouvrir que tu enregistreras sous DDS.txt par défaut sur le bureau.
• Il te sera demandé si tu veux faire le scan optionnel.
• Accepte par Oui
• Un nouveau rapport s'ouvre que tu enregistres sous Attach.txt sur le bureau.
• Tu ne le fourniras que si nécessaire.
• Poste moi le rapport DDS.txt.

• Double clique sur "FindyKill.exe" présent sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
• Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .
• Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]
▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
► Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...
( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )
( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

ok au vu des rapport je pense que tu as une infection conficker mais je suis pas sur .
• Telecharge malwarebytes
• Tu l´instale, le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.
• Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer.
• Click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
• Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen rapide".
• Puis click sur "rechercher".
• Laisse le scanner le pc...
• Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.
• Si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".
• A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir, sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.
• Copie et colle le rapport stp.

réouvre malewarebyte's , va sur quarantaine et supprime tout
Réessai RSIT :
▶ Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.
• Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.
• Lis le contenu de l'écran Disclaimer puis clique sur Continue (si tu acceptes les conditions).
• Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.
• Poste le contenu de log.txt .

avant de telecharger rsit renome le en "scan" et ensuite lance scan.exe

j'ai en ce moment des problèmes de connexion et le téléchargement ne passe pas pour l'instant mais je suis en train d'essayer toujours de le télécharger. Mais il faut dire que quand je clique sur enregistrer le téléchargement commence automatiquement donc je sais pas comment le renommer est ce pendant le téléchargement que je le renomme?

Décompressez l'archive le sur le Bureau et double cliquez sur gmer.exe
