Help... faux antimalware impossible a enlever

Bonjour,
J'ai été contaminé par "antimalware" qui s'est installé tres rapidement sur mon ordi. Je suis un peu perdu et je pense réinstaller si pas de solution.

Mon rapport Hijachthis me semble bon mais antimalware bloque l'installation d'AVG free et malwarebyte... oups!
