My dog doesn't remember his name!!!

Hello,
I would like you to help me!! I have a problem!!
So, I bought a dog, I taught him his name, but I can't get him to remember, it keeps saying "coco (my dog) has he responded?... " and then it says "your dog forgot his name"!!!
His temperament is "for beginners"!!!
What should I do??

    My little sister has the same problem. I suppose it's a flaw specific to the part you created. Delete it with L+R+Start+Select (or another button combination like X+Y+L+R) and start again. If the problem persists, send the symptoms here :) But I think it's worth a try.
