I also have this problem, I lost the manual for my Hoher H14T30 TV and it's impossible to tune the channels even by just pressing the menu button, it doesn't work. Thank you for helping me.

Hello,
It might be a bit late for you to get this answer, but for those interested, I had the same problem and solved it by pressing the "INST" button on my remote control. Then I selected the "AUTO SYNC" option from the menu that appeared. After that, the TV does the work by itself! Since the channels may not be installed in order, you can fix this by pressing the "INST" button again and selecting "SORT" to choose the order you want.
