My TV changes channels on its own

Hello,
I think I've found the solution to my problem. With a pair of pliers, I pulled the volume + button and blocked it with a matchstick. It no longer makes contact with the inside of the TV.
Since then, it doesn't change channels by itself anymore.
Why that button? I have no idea, just by chance.

Nowadays, mobile phones (like the Samsung S4, for example) have an infrared emitter.

Moreover, there are applications available to control an infrared device (like your TV) with this type of phone, so it wouldn’t be your neighbor messing with your nerves?

PS: This afternoon in class, the projector kept turning off; yes, the teacher got a little frustrated and yes, it was a student with his Galaxy S4... ...come on, it was almost funny, if not pathetic, at the level of the student, so... However, the teacher didn’t know...

For me, it's a Bluesky that's 5 years old and the problem only appeared 2-3 months ago.
It's not all the time, it's not the remote control, in my opinion it's a part inside, I've also "loosened" the volume and especially the channel change buttons (the ones on the side of the TV).
If anyone has an idea of the problem, it's welcome.

You just need to take apart the back of the TV and give it a good vacuum, but be careful still...

I have the same problem, my 107cm Bluesky plasma screen changes channels by itself, turns on by itself (sometimes during the night, what a fright!) and turns off by itself too! It's unbearable and stressful, I'm really into a program and suddenly it changes channel or turns off, etc. Please, have you found a solution?
