Hello,
On my Samsung TV, the channels were changing by themselves, and the volume or even the menu and source buttons were unresponsive. I read in several posts that you just had to open the back cover of the TV and unplug the white connector linked to the buttons. The problem is that on mine, this connector is for the touch buttons, and if you unplug it, everything gets disabled, including the infrared sensor. So it's impossible to use the remote control.
I found the solution by disconnecting the wires one by one from the connector. Below, I’ll explain each wire. Now I can watch TV again without those random changes.
There are 8 wires. On the large connector, on the card side, it's easier to detach each wire. Use a compass point or something similar. Turn the connector over and gently lift the small plastic tab holding the wire. This way, there’s no need to cut anything. Make sure to insulate the end of each disconnected wire with tape to avoid short circuits when reattaching the cover and risking frying the motherboard.
1) Blue wire: do not touch (it’s normally the power for the buttons)
2) Black wire: I’m not sure what it’s for exactly, I didn’t detach it (maybe the ground); I didn’t need to remove it.
3) Black wire: infrared (essential for the remote control)
4) Black wire: probably the power button
5) Black wire: probably the power button
6) Black wire: source and menu buttons
7) Black wire: volume and channel buttons
8) Black wire: red LED
I personally left only wires 1, 2, 3, and 8.
In case the order of the wires is not the same on your televisions, it’s easy to reconnect the wire in its slot if you have removed it as I mentioned above.

And also:
"There are 3 wires coming from underneath the control panel. 2 white and 1 black.
Instead of cutting or unplugging, I sprayed some contact cleaner on all the buttons from behind. I tested it and the sound no longer changes on its own. I reassembled it, and it's been 2 days with no problems."
