Bonjour à tous,
Depuis quelque temps mon pc plante souvent à partir d'un message d'erreur: l'ecran devient bleu, "systeme devenu instable" "attente de fermeture du boite de dialogue" ......... tous souvents differents......Je suis armée du parefeu zonealarm et de kaspersky.....L'analyse de mon poste de travail est positive et rien n'est à signaler.J'accuse tout de même d'eventuels virus d'être la cause de tout ces "plantages".On ne peut pas dire non plus que je sois une genie informatique.Pouvez vous s'il vous plait tenter de m'aider ....Toute reponse sera acueilli de bon coeur!!!!!!

c koi un scan?est ce compatible ac mes antivirus?Puis je le telecharger sans soucis?
C'est une analyse en ligne...cliques sur "continue without subscribing"...
laisses se charger les mises a jours et des que "ready to scan " s'affiche tu cliques sur "scan my pc".....puis copies/colles nous rapport en cas de detection d'infection!
