WEBMAIL FREE connection refused

Question

Hello,
I haven't been able to connect to FREE WEBMAIL: connection refused since yesterday... I was able to connect during the day from my work computer. Can someone tell me if they're experiencing the same issues? However, my credentials are correct.

Good evening  It seems that there are quite a few issues with the Free webmail since they are migrating Aice ADSL subscribers to the Free.fr servers.

New subscriber to Free, I couldn't create my webmail account, so I called them and they helped me create my email address. Actually, you need to go to webmail, then create your address with, for example, your first name and last name, then the password. You must not put @free.fr at the end, it's already included. Then wait 2 hours for the account to be created. Good luck to everyone!

and I think I'm saved .... except that here it is:
I can read emails, sort them, delete them, etc.......but I can't reply to these emails or even write new ones!
if anyone has a solution: I’m all ears!

Have you migrated your emails from IMP to ZIMBRA?
Have you tried connecting with ZIMBRA?
If not, you can inform Free's support team about your issue via their website; they usually respond fairly quickly.

And if your emails are vital for you, use an email client on your computer to receive them there, and you won't be dependent on accessibility to Free anymore.

Good evening everyone! Same problem since Saturday, April 24, 2010, no connection with Free's webmail; the technical service told me they were having issues and that it would be resolved quickly. It's Monday, the 26th at 10 PM, and it's still the same... We're going to have to start a revolution and demand refunds on subscriptions for the damages suffered (lost time, phone calls, lost mail, failed business...). What's the point of wanting to expand their markets... Epic times!

Hi!  Like you, I can no longer connect to Free's webmail, and I now have another email address, Gmail. Simply because I'm tired of constantly having "troubles" just to be able to read my emails.
