Bonjour, J'ai été infectée hier par Cyber security, j ai essayé plusieurs méthodes pour m'en débarasser, mais rien y fait. De plus, étant donné la faiblesse de mes connaissances informatiques, je me sens vite dépassée par les événements. Si quelqu un pouvait m"aider, ce serait tres gentil. Merci d avance

Salut.

Fais ce qui suit STP :

▶ Télécharge Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (MBAM):

MBAM

▶ Installe-le en vérifiant que la case de mise à jour soit bien cochée en fin d'installation.

▶ Après la mise à jour, lance-le et coche "Examen Complet". Puis "Rechercher".

▶ Si MBAM trouve quelque chose: fais "Voir les résultats" puis "Supprimer la sélection".

▶ Poste le rapport généré.

merci de ta réponse, k ai deja esayé avec MBAM, il se telecharge mais une fois sur le bureau, quand je l ouvre la fenetre disparait au bout de qq secondes... une autre solution???

Supprime tes traces de MBAM sur ton pc.

Fais un clic-droit sur le lien MBAM ci-dessus, dans mon premier message. Choisis "Enregistrer la cible du lien sous..."

Dans "Nom de fichier", tape "killer.exe" (à la place de mbam-setup.exe).Puis enregistre-le. Essaie de le relancer. Si cela ne fonctionne pas, dis-le moi ! ;)

/!\ Désactive tes protections résidentes (Antivirus, Antispywares, etc...) /!\

Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau. Il est ici renommé en "sophie13"

* Double-clique sur sophie13.exe (le .exe n'est pas forcément visible) afin de le lancer.
* Il va te demander d'installer la console de récupération : ACCEPTE !.
* Ne touche pas au pc durant le scan.
* Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

je suis en train de faire ce que tu me dis, mais je viens de me rendre compte que l'icne de Cyber security a disparu, est ce que ca vet dire que le virus aussi a disparu??? Dois je qd meme installer la console de récupération ouy cela endommagerait mon systeme si le virus n est plus la???

Tu discutes depuis un autre pc ? Ou tu n'as pas encore lancer Combofix ?

Il faut installer la console, elle n'a rien à voir avec le virus ! ;)

j ai bien fait ce que tu m as dit, la fenetre bleue de combofix était ouverte et en train d analyser, ensuite elle me disait kelle était en train de préparer le rapport... et la c'est le drame, l ordi s est éteint seul, il a redémarré en me disant que windows n avait pas été étient correctement, moi je n avais rien touché. Quand l ordi s est rallumé, j ai pu constater que le virus Cyper Security était toujours la. Maintenant on fait quoi?

Dans C:, tu n'as pas de rapport Combofix ?

Fais ceci :

▶ Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

▶ Double-clique sur RSIT.exe.

▶ Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

▶ Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

▶ Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches).

▶ A noter: Les rapports se trouvent également ici: C:\rsit.

Ton pc t'indique-t-il toujours l'infection par Cyber Security ?

Ré-ouvre MBAM, va sur l'onglet "Quarantaine" et supprime tout.

Salut.

Il en reste :

OTM :

▶ Télécharge OTM (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau

▶ Double-clique sur OTM.exe pour le lancer.

▶ Assure toi que la case Unregister Dll's and Ocx's soit bien cochée.

▶ Copie la liste qui se trouve en gras dans la citation ci-dessous et colle-la dans le cadre de gauche de OTM sous "Paste instructions for item to be moved".

Salut.

Vérifie si ce programme en gras est toujours présent, si oui, supprimer le dossier : C:\Program Files\Live-Player

Ouvre OTM. Clique sur le bouton "CleanUp".

Le pc va redémarrer et les outils utilisés seront supprimés.

▶ Télécharge hijackthis

▶ Tout est expliqué sur ce site web pour l'installer et l'utiliser correctement.

▶ Poste le rapport obtenu dans le bloc note dans ta prochaine réponse.

Salut.

Fais déjà les mises à jour Vista et IE8 en passant par Windows UpDate. Tu opuvres IE, tu cliques sur Windows UpDate et tu télécharges et installes le SP2 et IE8.

Dis-moi quand c'est ok ! :)

c'est fait, j ai mis a jour Vista et téléchargé IE8 et SP2.
Maintenant, on fait quoi??,

Ah et j'ai remarqué que mon ordinateur commence à être lent, très lent pour ouvrir internet, et ce avant de télécharger IE8.

▶ Télécharge CCleaner, version Slim, sans toolbar:

CCLEANER

▶ Va dans "Options">>"Avancé". Décoche la première ligne.

▶ Va dans la section "Nettoyeur". Lance l'analyse. La liste créée, lance le nettoyage deux fois de suite afin d'obtenir 0bytes supprimé!

▶ Ensuite dans "Registre", lance une recherche des erreurs. La liste créée, fais-les réparer.

▶ Recommence ensuite le cycle Recherche/Réparation des erreurs jusqu'à n'en trouver aucune lors de la recherche.

Désinstalle HijackThis.

Redémarre. Le pc est-il toujours lent ?
