POP3 server connection issue

I would first like to thank the people who are trying to help me.

But the issue is still not resolved. Here is the message that appears every time I open Outlook Express:

Connection problem to your mail server. Your password has been rejected. Account: 'cegetel', Server: 'pop.cegetel.net', Protocol: POP3, Server response: '-ERR Syntax error', Port: 110, Secure (SSL): No, Server error: 0x800CCC90, Error number: 0x800CCC92

Is it the password that is causing the issue? No, I don't think so because I am sure it is correct (it is provided with the paperwork), or could it be that the server name is wrong?

If there is anyone who can help me, I would really appreciate it.

Hi,
apparently, your server name is correct if we look here:
http://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/893-%5BMessagerie%5D-Adresses-serveurs-POP-ET-SMTP

I'll just say one little thing, make sure that in your settings, you haven't checked SSL for the secure connection, because I don't think you need it and it might crash the thing!!!
