Hello!
After some small research, the name and phone number are unknown... But scammers often change their information.. Moreover, given the increasing reluctance towards Citizens of West Africa, the strategy has evolved.. They pose as Europeans or Westerners residing in these countries...
I've already encountered Americans, Poles, etc... Then the scenario is an accident, an imprisonment.. In short, misfortunes requiring urgent help via Western Union.. Be careful, the most skilled ones prolong the situation and don't reveal themselves too quickly.. So be wary and don't get carried away! Wait and see..
Have a good day.. -
Hello,
thank you for responding to me. I'm on my guard; I haven't believed in good things at my age for a long time when it comes to dating, lol, but I let things come and see what happens, and I will keep you updated.
Best regards,

Hi Dom,
I just read your email. The person who scammed you wrote to me today...!! It's the same text, the same information: here is part of his text:
"My name is Burel and my first name is Jean Yves, I am Ivorian of Canadian origin. My parents left Canada to settle in Côte d'Ivoire, a country that was very stable, with the aim of investing and becoming rich. I was born in Côte d'Ivoire and have lived in Côte d'Ivoire for 50 years, I worked for almost 15 years at the Treasury of Côte d'Ivoire where I was responsible for budgets, but a few days ago I resigned for professional reasons. I am 175cm tall, weigh 85kg, I am 50 years old, divorced for 5 years, and I have an adopted son because my ex could not have children..."
He attached several photos of himself in a hotel room, it looks like a 5-star. And someone at the beach. In short, his text and his profile seem too perfect.
On the dating site where he contacted me, he registered as French. Here is the address of the site.
https://www.jecontacte.com/
Thanks to his name and first name, I was able to find your message on Google which helped me see clearly. Thank you. That said, I also found a person with the same name and first name living in Canada!! Who is a photographer!! Who knows who is telling the truth...?!?.
In any case, thank you for publishing this message. I will do the same for other women in case they are contacted by the same scammer.
Solidarity and unity make strength ;-))
Kisses to all.-
Good evening
I come to give you answers to my question from yesterday
your message is exactly like the one I received along with the photos of a distinguished man, I left him my email, he wanted to talk to me today and I found out that this man is indeed a SCAMMER, I suggested he come to France and of course he asked me to pay half of the trip by giving me his details to send him the money, I played along until the end because I was certain I had fallen for a scammer!
But I must say that looking at his photos makes us women in our 50s dream of meeting a rare gem, so rare that I blocked him and good riddance!
his address for sending: 02 BP 611-ABIDJAN IVORY COAST via western union
I didn't keep his conversation, too bad I could have shared it with you! lollllllll
BE CAREFUL LADIES
Best regards to all

Hello Steve,
Here is the complete text I received today from Jean-Yves Bruel. It's up to you to see who is lying and who is telling the truth.
Excuse me for addressing you informally.
Thank you for responding to my request for contact. On the site, I don’t have enough details about myself because I don’t like to talk too much about myself publicly. But I hope we will be on the same wavelength in order to build a solid and lasting relationship based on trust, sharing, mutual respect, complicity—in a word, on true and sincere love.
My name is Burel and my first name is Jean Yves, I am Ivorian of Canadian origin. My parents left Canada to settle in Côte d'Ivoire, a country that was very stable, with the aim of investing and making a fortune. I was born in Côte d'Ivoire, and I have lived here for 50 years. I worked for almost 15 years at the Treasury of Côte d'Ivoire, where I was responsible for budgets, but a few days ago I resigned for professional reasons. I am 175cm tall and weigh 85kg, I am 50 years old, I have been divorced for 5 years, and I have an adoptive son because my ex could not have children. I traveled a lot because of my work, and I know you thought I was in France; some time ago, I spent a week in France for a seminar. It was there that I registered on this site with the aim of finding a woman there with whom I could correspond, but it wasn't easy; in fact, I didn’t receive any responses. You are the only person I am currently communicating with, and I plan to meet you if all goes well between us. I love horseback riding, cinema, reading, cooking, and taking walks together. I am very sensitive, generous, and a bit of a dreamer, but I keep my feet on the ground... To be frank, I am looking for a serious woman who will love me, someone who truly wants to have a good long-term relationship; I don’t seek the kind of online relationship where after one conversation everything is forgotten. It is with pleasure that I will continue to correspond with you. I hope to find in this exchange the one with whom I can move forward. I don’t have much time to connect because I am currently trying to rebuild my life in another field of activity. I am even looking to leave Côte d'Ivoire to settle in another country, if possible, to live with my future family. Know that distance is not an obstacle for me; I travel everywhere in the world, and I am ready to leave Côte d'Ivoire permanently as it is no longer a stable country and it no longer suits me.
For now, I am eagerly awaiting your news to learn more about you (your real name...) and to receive several photos of you.
Jean Yves

Good evening,
here is one of the messages received from Jean Yves Burel (the photos are of a distinguished, medium-height, white man with brown hair), is this the same description as your father?
Hello Dominique,
Please excuse me for taking the liberty of using the informal "tu."
Thank you for responding to my request for contact. On the site, I don't have enough details about myself as I don't really like to talk about myself publicly. But I hope we will be on the same wavelength to build a strong and lasting relationship based on trust, sharing, mutual respect, complicity, in a word, on true and sincere love.

I would be happy to continue corresponding with you. So I hope in this exchange to find someone with whom I can move forward. I don't have much time to connect as I am looking to restart my life in a different field. I am even looking to leave Côte d'Ivoire to settle in another country, if possible to live with my future family. Know that distance is not an obstacle for me; I travel all over the world, and I am ready to leave Côte d'Ivoire permanently as it is no longer a stable country and it no longer suits me.

Hello,
I have been receiving the same letters and photos from Jean-Yves BUREL for the past few weeks.
From the beginning, I felt it was a shady deal, until the last email where he even attached a scan of his "blocked" bank account (supposedly of €10,000,000....)!!! That was the last straw!
I hope that more gullible women won’t fall for such a character. BE CAREFUL!

Hello,
I just read your message regarding Jean-Yves Burel from Ivory Coast. I also received emails from him coming from the dating site cum.fr. Of course, he told me that his accounts were blocked, etc., etc., and on top of that, he involved his son who changed his name. His son contacted me on March 14, 2010, telling me that his father had died, but a few days later, I found him re-registered on the same site under two pseudonyms (lovesoft55 and zopra20).
