Probleme d'authentification

Bonjour,
j ai un probleme d'authentification sur mon ordinateur ( os windows vista) QUAND J AI SIaisi le mot de passe au démarrage il ne le saisie plus,et reste a l'ecran d'authentification . svpl si quelqun pouver m'aider merci bcp

Salut tu veux dire que il n'écrit pas ou alors que le mot de passe ne marche pas?
