Demande d'aide pour l'analyse de mon log

Bonjour,
Après un plantage intempestif de Vista, qui a eut pour effet de faire clasher ma clé de licence, de nombreuses alertes d'erreur d'application qui n'ont pu s'installer apparaissent sur mon PC DELL.
Surfant régulièrement sur le net, je craints d'avoir été contaminée.

Je viens de faire un scan de mon PC avec HijackThis et aurai besoin de vos lumières pour l'analyse de mon fichier Log.
