Hello,
I am really new to Photoshop, I have Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and I would like to create a photo montage.
It’s quite simple, I would like to put one photo as the background and add other photos in bubbles that I can incorporate into my background photo.
My big problem is that I can't find anything that could tell me how to incorporate the photo into a bubble like the image here: https://static.canalblog.com/storagev1/immonoclaste.canalblog.com/images/Bulle_1_Net1.jpg
Anyway, thanks for your help, it would be really useful to me :P

Open a photo to "incorporate into a bubble," start by correcting the dimensions to create a square image (for example: use the crop tool (C), hold Shift while clicking outside the image at the top left, then drag down to the bottom right, then move your frame to select the area to keep and press enter (the one at the bottom right of your keyboard))
Go to filter > distort > Spherize (normal at 100%) take your elliptical selection tool (M) (or Shift+M to change type of selection) starting from the top left corner, then hold Shift while clicking and drag to the bottom right corner, then do copy/paste
Make sure you have black in the foreground and white in the background, then go to layer > layer style > Blending Options...
Check and select gradient overlay, select radial style (you can move the center a bit up and to the left, for example, by clicking on your image), blending mode: vivid light for example, click on the black and white gradient, move the first black marker in the bottom left to the right to about 35%...
You can enhance the effects by exploring a bit, for example by checking the drop shadow, cone shadow (square shape with horizontal axis symmetry, then select it by clicking on it and set the output to 40%), size 30, distance 45, opacity 25... You can also add an inner glow by increasing its size and making it white...
You just need to place this layer on your image, open your photo and then select your bubble, grab the move tool (V), make sure you are on the layer (F7) and drag it onto your photo...
There you go… it’s just an example, feel free to complete, search...
