How to insert a speech bubble into a digital photo?

Hello, you scan your photo on your PC and put it in "my images". Then you create a writer document in Open Office or Microsoft Office, and you display the "drawing" bar. In your document, you insert your photo: click on insert - insert an image, so in the window that opens, you choose your images folder and your photo - OK - When your photo is in your document, you go to the "drawing" bar and choose the speech bubble, there are several options, feel free to carefully look at all the choices; when you have made your choice, left-click on the bubble and while holding the left click, drag your mouse over your photo to the place you want, you can enlarge it, and put text inside. For that, you bring the mouse over a border of the bubble and still holding left click, you drag your mouse. I hope I was able to help you a bit.
I use a small software called "IphotoDraw". It's in English, but even I, who know nothing about it, took 4 minutes to place my speech bubble and add the text.
It's a bit late, but just in case it could help others, we've developed a small tool (free) called http://www.modami.org that allows you to add speech bubbles in just a few clicks on any photo :-)

Well, in that case, you should provide examples of software that are as simple as you say. It might help quite a few people........
See you later!
