Mon écran est divisé en 6 avec des traits en rose de partout.
J'ai fait un Mam qui n'a rien donné et voici mon hijack this:

bonjour , dans un premier temps tu passes navilog option 1 merci de poster le rapport
Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter
en tant qu'administrateur".
Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.
Referme le blocnote
Le rapport cleannavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans C:(cleannavi.txt)

alors j'ai pas pus faire ce que tu m'as conseillé car maintenant windows ne se lance plus.
J'ai toujours l'écran divisé en six, et avant que windows se lance j'ai:
-lancer l'outil de redémarrage système (recommandé)
-lancer windows normalement
lorsque je fait l'outil de redémarrage ,il ne se passe rien et je retombe sur la même page et si je fais lancer windows normalement windows commence a se lancer et avant d'avoir la page de choix utilisateur ca bascule sur un écran bleu et le pc redémarre;

bonjour, est ce que tu peux redémarrer en mode sans echec et faire une restauration système à date et heur ou le pc marchait bien !!!

Ma carte graphique est une Ge force , mon pc un packard bell sous vista.
il ne me demande pas le mode sans echec, c'est possible en passant par le bios?

pour redémarrer en mode sans échec : /!\ Ne jamais démarrer en mode sans échec via MSCONFIG /!\
(attention : pas de connexion possible en mode sans échec , donc copies ou imprimes bien la manipe pour éviter les erreurs ...)
.Cliques sur Démarrer
.Cliques sur Arrêter
.Sélectionnes Redémarrer et au redémarrage
.Appuis sur la touche F8 ou F5 celon les marques de pc sans discontinuer "1 appuis seconde" dès qu'un écran de texte apparaît puis disparaît
.Utilises les touches de direction pour sélectionner mode sans échec
.puis appuis sur ENTRÉE
.Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre
une fois démarré ne t'inquiette pas si les couleurs et les icônes ne sont pas comme d'abitude
