Le problème est lié aux paramètres de sécurité DCOM, il faut modifier de la manière suivante la configuration d'authentification DCOM
niveau d'authentification par défaut : connexion
Niveau d'emprunt d'identité par défaut : identifier
Pour cela il faut aller dans la console de gestion des services de composants (exécuter "dcomcnfg").
Dans Services de composants, Ordinateurs faites un click droit sur "Poste de travail", puis Propriétés. Enfin dans l'onglet "Propriétés par défaut" modifier les méthodes d'authentification de la manière suivante

Niveau d'emprunt d'identité par défaut : identifier

You can type "dcomcnfg" at the run prompt, expand "Component Services" and right-click on the "My Computer" to get to properties. From there choose the "Default Properties" tab and change the default authentication level to "Connect" and the Impersonation level to "Identify".
