Bonjour,

J'ai un petit priblème j'ai été infecté par TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen j'aimerais bien m'en débarrasser car il me pose quelque problème depuis peut mon ordi ne reconnait plus mon Ipod alors je suppose que c'est à cause de se trojan

Merci de bien vouloir maider à le supprimer

bonsoir,
redemarre ton pc en mode sans échec et passe un scan complet, puis poste son rapport en copier coller ici stp
Configure de Antivir comme ceci :
clic droit sur son icône dans la barre des taches et sélectionner Configurer Antivir.
cocher la case : Mode Expert.
=> Cliquer sur Scanner dans le volet de gauche :
> Dans "Fichiers" sélectionner Tous les fichiers.
> Dans procédure de recherche, cocher Autoriser l'arrêt, et dans "priorité scanner" sélectionner Elevé.
> Dans "Autres réglages" cocher toutes les cases.

antivir n'est pas congigurer comme il faut :

Search for rootkits..............: off
File heuristic...................: off

clique droit sur l'icon dans la barre de lancement rapide
puis configurer
cocher la case : Mode Expert.
=> Cliquer sur Scanner dans le volet de gauche :
> Dans "Fichiers" sélectionner Tous les fichiers.
> Dans procédure de recherche, cocher Autoriser l'arrêt, et dans "priorité scanner" sélectionner Elevé.
> Dans "Autres réglages" cocher toutes les cases.
repasse un autre scan en mode sans echec et poste son rapport ici s'il te plait
