Antenne Autosat 2S ALDEN

Good evening
I find it surprising that Alden provides a response two years after a repair request made by a dealer that sent the equipment for restoration!!!
Why doesn't the website offer an internet address for customer service? Where is it hidden? As for the FAQ section, how do you ask a question online? A mystery?
Alden needs to improve by allowing consumers to have an opinion different from that of a motorhome dealership that explains (poorly) that replacing with new equipment costs only slightly more. But one can also understand that a knowledgeable motorhome owner may want to get their hands dirty, as at an average of €65 an hour in dealerships, one might attempt a repair themselves if the manufacturer provides the spare part... But here, I have my doubts; there is never any mention of the legal obligations that manufacturers have regarding the provision of spare parts, as they hide behind the protectionism of exclusive distributors.

I own an ALDEN Orbiter Platinum auto antenna, mounted in 2007. One of the two decoders is broken (U18 - 543).
My dealer doesn't know and asks to contact ALDEN before ordering the part, but until today, the response has been that there are too many people on the line, and I need to call back the next day from 11 am! ! !
For a part of negligible cost, my satellite dish remains out of service. Thank you, ALDEN, for the after-sales service.
If someone could tell me how to obtain such a part, I would appreciate it.
In the meantime, I certainly wouldn't recommend an ALDEN antenna to anyone, considering the cost, the reliability of the equipment, and the after-sales service.

I had to call Alden Strasbourg; they don't sell parts to individuals. I'm looking for a motor elevation sensor, but Alden doesn't want to sell it to me, and I called 4 dealers who don't want to bother ordering a part for 20 euros.
