salut, dans "Ajouter/supprimer programmes", je découvre "Golden Retriever Cash Back"? Qu'est-ce que c'est que cela? Un spyware, un dialer, ou bien un programme honnête dont mon pc a besoin. Peut-être est-ce pour mon service bancaire en ligne mais j'en doute ou bien cela vient d'une botique en ligne ou j'ai commandé des livres,etc...
Tous mes programmes de spyware: Ad-aware, Spybot, Pestpatrol ne le détecte pas.
QUand je veux le désinstaller, une fenêtre m'invite à rentrer le code que je vois en grisé au-dessus. Puis il m'est demandé de redémarrer le pc. Cependant après quelques heures le programme semble toujours installé.

Un site purement commercial, en france cela est totalement interdit.

dans ajout/suppression de programmes, tu supprimes normalement le prog.
Là il te demande un mot de passe, celui-ci est indiqué juste au dessus dans un petit cadre gris (du genre jeu de grattage de la francaise des jeux).

oui, cela je le sais déjà puisque je l'ai désinstallé au moins 3 ou 4 fois! Mais le programme est toujours là après redémarrage!
ASs-tu aussi essayé!? J'ai utilisé 5 programmes de spyware et trojan, en vain, cette saleté ne veut pas partir bien qu'elle ne nuit pas à mon pc en ce moment, MAIS je ne l'ai pas demandé alors que PC signifie Personnal Computer et non CC, Common Computer!!

Bonsoir tout le monde, moi aussi supprimé x fois et toujours dans les processus au demarage, et dans ajout suppression de programme ça me répond qu'il a déja eté désinstallé... pouvez vous m'aider please aurevoir bonne soirée

j ai regarde dans les bases du registre et mon disuqe dur je ne trouve meme pas le fichier .exe

Arffff c idem pour moi .... je n'arrive pas a le zapper .... personne n'a une idée ? En plus je ne sais pas si c lié mais a chaque demarrage j'ai une page web qui se lance : free-www.webspace.biz/juvenile/
