Demande d'aide sur rapport HijackThis

Bonjour,

Après avoir découvert sur ce site (et quelques autres comme malekal) le logiciel "HijackThis", je l'ai installé sur mon PC.
Mais voilà, en suivant les instructions, j'ai "fixer" certaines lignes, et il me semble que mon PC bloque un peu. Ce n'est pas un bug qui nécessite un redémarrage, mais une absence de réponse de plusieurs secondes, notamment à la fermeture des programmes.

Salut

Télécharge UsbFix de chiquitine29 sur ton bureau

http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/127028005715545653/UsbFix.exe

--> Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut

Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) suceptible d avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir

--> Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton bureau

--> Choisis l’option 1 (nettoyage)

--> Le PC va redémarrer

-->Après redémarrage poste le rapport UsbFix.txt

Note : le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque

Note : Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tapes explorer.exe et valides

2) As-tu lu les rapports CCleaner et HJT ?

2) Spybot = poubelle, ou Spybot "à la poubelle"? Dois-je le désinstaller?!

Oui, tu le désinstalles

Tu commences par Ccleaner, ensuite tu fais RSTI, tu ne te préoccupes pas de désinstaller Hijackthis.

PS: J'espere que je ne suis pas trop "casse-pieds", surtout que tu ne porte que des tongs ...
Pour l'instant je suis pieds nus ;)))

Mes étapes :

1/ CC me recommande de fermer les autres applications : je crois que je vais "momentanément" fermer Firefox.

2/ Je désinstalle (suivant tes recommandations, snif) Spybot. Aie, c'est un déchirement.

3/ J'installe CC et je reviens ici.

C'est bon ? je peux y aller ?

Bonsoir Marie.

Effectivement, d'après @malekal (et d'autres), la ligne R3 est synonyme de "problèmes" donc à supprimer. Ce que je fis. Mais j'ai également supprimé plusieurs lignes, et surtout celles concernant Symantec (avec plaisir), qui est resté incrusté pendant des années sur mon PC. Je vous envoie le rapport HJT, après "fixation".

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l’outil.

# Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

+ 1 RSTI

Tout s'est bien déroulé, sauf la dernière opération (compression fichiers et suppression fichiers temporaires), qui a duré près de deux heures. Voyant que çà n'avançait plus, j'ai du redémarrer, et UsbFix termina enfin le travail, et m'afficha le rapport UsbFix.txt suivant :

Une chose surprenante : la zone de notifications (à coté de l'horloge) est quasi désertée. Il ne reste que deux icones : la connexion et le périphérique. Aucune trace de l'antivirus!
J'espere que ce n'est pas grave. L'antivirus me signalant que la protection est bel et bien activée!!

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 1 (Recherche). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.

Tu es sévère avec Spybot, mais vu les résultats des "diablotins" que tu m'as indiqué, je comprends, :-o
Lorsqu'on aura (tu auras) fini de rincer, essorer* ma machine, j'installerais MbAM, qui semble faire l'unanimité, aussi bien chez vous que chez @malekal, assiste, et d'autres.

2) Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau à partir de ce lien :

3) A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celui-ci.

4) Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.

5) Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware sont cochées.

6) MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :

7) Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.

8) MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.

9) A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.

10) Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
En cliquant sur Suppression (?) , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.

11) MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

12) Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

Désolé pour le retard, mais MES MESSAGES NE PASSENT PLUS : Le message auquel vous essayez de répondre a été supprimé !!!! Pire, je ne pouvais même plus m'identifier!

Je n'ai pas su désactiver Outpost Firewall, et MbAM a passé plus de trois heures rien que sur ce dossier : [C:\Program Files\Agnitum\Outpost Firewall Pro\update_oss20], qui a une taille de 27 Mo !!!.

Je l'ai relancé en MSE, et il a supprimé deux menaces :
