infection cheval de troie

Question

Bonjour,

voila j'ai mon pc qui est infecté par ce fichu virus de cheval de toie "HELP ME" ! mon pc rame énormément.

mon antivirus AVG ma ouvert une fenetre " Alerte du bouclier résident" : Detection de plusieurs menaces.
infection dans le fichier : C: \ windows\systeme32\glu3232.dll
                                    cheval de toie : Agent2.JTQ

mais différents nom de processus s'affiche la liste s'allonge consdérablement !
Comment je fait pour désinfecté mon pc ? et supprimé définitivement ce virus

télécharge GenProc http://www.genproc.com/GenProc.exe

double-clique sur GenProc.exe et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

j'a bien suivi les instructions pour désactiver l'UAC (controles compte utilisateur.... )

j'ai reéssayer de télécharger genproc mais après avoir clicker sur enregistrer la fenetre disprait et il n'apparait nulle part sur mon bureau mm en faisant une recheche !

j'ai l'impression qu'on est pas tout çàa fait sur la même longueur d'onde, le rapport HijackThis, comme je te disais, se trouve dans C:\genproc\outil\hijackthis.log, il suffit de poster son contenu ici, à aucun moment il n'a été question de le soumettre sur virustotal

bon le hic c que qd je vais pour parcourir pour envoyer mon fichier j'accede au SYSTEME32 le fichier GLU3232.dll n'y est pas je n'est qu'un fichier nomé GL et dans le quel on trouve : toscdspd.cpl.mui

1.Menu Démarrer > Exécuter, et colle la ligne suivante :

regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\System32\glu3232.dll

Valide par entrée, peu importe le message que tu obtiendras.

2. Crée un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau, "Nouveau"> "Document Texte". Ouvre-le et copie-colle dedans de ce qui est en citation ci-dessous, (copie tout d'un trait) :

"AppInit_DLLs"="C:\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~3\GOEC62~1.DLL,avgrsstx.dll"

Puis "fichier"/"enregistrer sous" :
dans : sur le bureau
Nom du fichier : GenProc.reg
Type de fichier : "tous les fichiers"
clique sur "enregistrer"

L'icône de GenProc.reg doit ressembler à cela [img]https://www.hiboox.com[/img]

quitte internet et double clique sur GenProc.reg => tu dois obligatoirement avoir un message "voulez-vous vraiment ajouter les informations contenues dans ce fichier .reg au registre ?"
Si c'est bien le cas, clique sur "oui"

3. Lance C:\genproc\outil\cissé_GenProc.exe  > "Open the misc tool section" > "Delete a file on reboot"
-> dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, colle ce chemin :
C:\Windows\System32\glu3232.dll
puis clique sur "Ouvrir"
Valide le message, l'ordinateur va redémarrer (sinon fais-le toi-même) 

4. Poste un nouveau rapport HijackThis : C:\genproc\outil\cissé_GenProc.exe > Do a system scan & save logfile
