Hello, I have a problem with my Wi-Fi connection on my Nintendo DS.

I search for access points, I find 2 connections, one of which tells me "the security settings for the access point are not compatible with the Nintendo DS."

So I go to the other one (neuf wifi), everything goes well, I run the connection test, and that’s where the problem arises; they tell me "unable to connect to the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection. For assistance, visit support.nintendo.com."

So if someone could help me that would be very nice. For your information, I have the neuf box, Windows Vista.

Thank you in advance!
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

oula when I go to the indicated site I find this:
There may be a temporary issue with the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection servers. Please wait a few hours and try again.

If after waiting a few hours the problem is not resolved, there may be an issue with your home connection. Please try the following:

Check that your home Internet connection is working correctly. Use a PC that is connected to your home router and visit a website that you have not been to before, in order to check that the connection is currently working.

Try changing the wireless "Channel" setting on your router. We highly recommend setting your wireless router to either channel 1 or 11. This may potentially increase stability. For more information on accessing your router's settings, click here to select the brand and model number of your router (if available).

Inside the Wii settings, delete the current connection file you are using to connect your Wii online, and set up a new one. To do this, access the Internet option in the Wii settings. For detailed instructions, click here.
If you still receive this error code after waiting a few hours and following the above procedure, please call 1-800-255-3700 for assistance.

LOL and why not 50 boxes to make sure we have a network in case of a failure, right? pffff total nonsense..

Go to the French manual on the internet, it explains everything (sold with the DS box). However, you need additional equipment sold separately.

Here I am, I'm practically sure I found it. You need to change the WPA-PSK code to WEP. I know how to do it, but I’m hesitant. If anyone wants me to explain, here’s my address: shiny67@live.fr. That way, if it works, I’ll probably feel more confident.

Please, how do you do it? I want to register a game but I can't, it always shows error code 020100.

So, for those who have the SFR neufbox, here's simply what you need to do to change the WPA to WEP:

- type 198.162.1.1 where you enter the internet addresses
- log in
- go to Wi-Fi (between network and hotspot)
- enter encryption and change it
- update the key number to enter

and search with your DS,
enter the WEP key and you can finally play online.

To identify yourself when you type 198.162.1.1, it asks for an ID and password or to press the button on your box, so you press the button on your box (green light above) for 5 seconds and then click continue; otherwise, ask your parents for the IDs or contact SFR customer service.

Me, my dad, my mom, and we're trying, but it's not really moving forward, so if we succeed, we'll explain to you; if we don't succeed, please give us a hand, thank you, Lili.

Hello, so for that, you need to go to your Neufbox, not SFR Wi-Fi
and you need to change your WPA key to WEP key. This is done by typing in the search bar
198.162.1.1
after that, it's very simple, you'll see.

I typed your IP address and it asks me for a username and a password for the server _15_access, where can I find it?

"That pisses me off, damn it, I'll never make it." "Maybe you will." "I'll have the cartridge so it won't annoy me anymore. I'm lucky to have the Nintendo DS-i."

Yes, I have exactly the same problem as you, nine boxes and the same error code. I'm waiting for a response eagerly :(

It must be because of the firewall of the neuf box.

Hello

Are you sure that the security key of your router is set to WEP? If it’s not, the DS will not recognize the router (does not recognize WAP)!!

Best regards
