Connect 4G box to WiFi repeater

Doesn't it tell me if the repeater is okay?

It says that you need to use an approved repeater and that you have to contact your operator for the installation of such equipment. In fact, this is the beginning of the response; I still need to search to see exactly what is possible and legal.

a little reminder of the law:

Regulatory reminder: It is not possible to install and use a GSM (or UMTS) repeater in France without having the appropriate administrative authorization or the formal agreement of the operators concerned by the frequencies emitted by the repeater. Failure to comply with these provisions exposes the offender to criminal penalties provided for in Article L 39-1. In addition, the same offender may be subject to a tax of 450 €, instituted by Article 45 II of the amended finance law for 1987, for costs incurred in the administration.

Amended by Law n°2004-669 of July 9, 2004 - art. 19 JORF July 10, 2004

Is punished by six months of imprisonment and a fine of 30,000 euros for:

1° Maintaining an independent network in violation of a decision to suspend or withdraw the right to establish such a network;

2° Disrupting, by using a frequency, equipment or radiocommunication installation, under conditions not complying with the provisions of Article L. 34-9 or without having the authorization provided for in Article L. 41-1 or outside the general regulatory conditions provided for in Article L. 33-3, the radio emissions of an authorized service, without prejudice to the application of Article 78 of Law n° 86-1067 of September 30, 1986, relating to the freedom of communication;

3° Using a frequency, equipment, or radiocommunication installation under conditions not complying with the provisions of Article L. 34-9 or without having the authorization provided for in Article L. 41-1 or outside the general regulatory conditions provided for in Article L. 33-3;

4° Marketing or installing devices designed to render mobile phones of all types inoperative, both for transmission and reception, outside the cases provided for in Article L. 33-3.
