Hello, I am currently in my first year of a BTS NRC in work-study and I would like to switch to a full-time BTS NRC next year. I wanted to know if it is possible to move directly to the second year of the full-time BTS NRC or not? Thank you for your response.

Is it possible to switch from initial training to alternating training? I'm currently in my first year of BTS NRC in initial training and I would like to do my second year in alternating training because of the routine of the classes... What do you think?

Thanks :)

Possible, it all depends on what they ask for as compensation, but it's quite possible.
Unless you find an explanation that can be justified in front of a court in order to terminate the current contract with your company.

Yes, if you do a fixed-term contract, you have to complete it. If you leave before that, it puts them in a difficult position, and they can take legal action against you, especially since they are the ones who paid for your training... You have to understand...

No, but in that case, the problem is not there; I can always arrange to get myself fired, I wouldn't have any problem with that. All I need to do is miss a certain number of classes, and that automatically ends the contract. But what I want to know is if next year I could start in the second year of the BTS NRC in initial or if I will have to start over with a first year??

It depends on your contract with the company...
Indeed, if you signed for two years, the contract is equivalent to a fixed-term contract (CDD)
and therefore if you break the contract they can claim compensation.

the problem is that if you get fired you won't be hired.
So I don't know what to tell you.
Logically, you should be able to switch from one to the other since it's the same BTS, but one with and the other without the company.
But the fact is being able to leave the apprenticeship without getting fired...

Logically yes, but talk to your teachers when you're not at your company to be more sure about it.
