Peux-tu utiliser ce logiciel de diagnostic stp, ça me permettra de t'aider :

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
• Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés

Si tu ne le retrouves pas, refais une analyse avec RSIT et poste le rapport qui apparaitra.

Heu, non j'ai posté les 2 qui sont apparu, log.txt et info.txt...
Il te faut quelque chose d'autre ? Parce que si oui, c'est que j'ai pas bien compris...

Par contre, je vois que tu utilises une version non-officielle de Windows... Non seulement c'est illégal, mais en plus, c'est risqué : ces versions sont plus instables et plus vulnérables (sans parler de celles qui sont elles-mêmes néfastes)

Tu as de la chance : je vais t'aider quand même... Mais sache que tant que tu n'utiliseras pas un Windows officiel (ou un autre système d'exploitation comme Linux qui est gratuit), tu auras toujours des problèmes !

Tu as tout d'abord une infection de disque amovible :

Télécharge UsbFix (de Chiquitine29 et C_XX) sur ton Bureau
• Lance l'installation avec les paramètres par défaut
• Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, lecteur mp3 etc...) sans les ouvrir
• Double clique sur le raccourci UsbFix sur ton Bureau
• Au menu principal, choisis l'option 1 (recherche)
• Un rapport USBFix.txt apparaitra à la fin, poste le dans ta prochaine réponse stp

PS : pourrai tu m'indiquer rapidement où apparaissent les infections dans les rapports que je t'ai posté ?

USBFix a détecté plusieurs infections de disques amovibles (dans la partie "Fichiers # Dossiers infectieux" du rapport)

• Branche tous tes disques amovibles (clés USB, lecteurs mp3, disques durs externes, iPod...) et clique sur OK.
• Relance USBFix
• Choisis cette fois l'option 2 (Suppression)
• Ton Bureau va disparaitre, puis l'ordinateur va redémarrer --> c'est normal
• Laisse travailler l'outil jusqu'au bout
• A la fin, le rapport USBFix.txt va s'afficher --> poste le dans ta prochaine réponse stp

Ensuite, fais ce scan généraliste stp :

• Télécharge et installe Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
• Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger (sinon fais les manuellement au lancement du programme)
• Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen rapide" puis "Rechercher"
• Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
• A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
• Coche tous les éléments détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
• Enregistre le rapport
• S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes

• Poste dans ta prochaine réponse le rapport apparaissant après la suppression stp

Encore une petite chose à faire :

• Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (de OldTimer) sur ton Bureau
• Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe afin de le lancer.
• Clique sur ce lien et copie le script qu'il contient : script
• Colle le script dans le cadre « Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved » et clique sur Moveit.
• Si un fichier ou dossier ne peut pas être supprimé immédiatement, le logiciel te demandera de redémarrer. Accepte en cliquant sur YES.
• Poste le rapport situé dans ce dossier : C:\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles
Le nom du rapport correspond au moment de sa création : date_heure.log

Très bien, ton ordinateur n'est plus infecté :)

Avant de te laisser partir, voici quelques conseils pour finir le nettoyage et améliorer la sécurité de ton ordinateur. Tu remarqueras que la sécurité ne se résume pas aux logiciels de protection, mais aussi à ta prudence lorsque tu télécharges quelque chose, et à la vulnérabilité de tes programmes (et dans ton cas, surtout de Windows puisque tu utilises une version piratée...)

1) Sécurise ton ordinateur

• Anti-virus :
Antivir est un excellent choix, garde le. Juste un petit réglage à faire :
Double clique sur l'icone d'Antivir près de l'horloge --> Configuration --> Coche « mode expert » --> coche « Rech. Rootkits au dem. de la recherche »

• Anti-spyware :
* Garde Spybot pour ses vaccinations, à faire régulièrement après chaque mise à jour.
* En complément, garde MalwareBytes pour son scan de nettoyage performant.

• Pour naviguer sur internet plus en sécurité et à l’abri des publicités, je te conseille vivement d’installer et d'utiliser le navigateur Firefox. Une fois que c'est fait, lance le et installe les deux extensions de sécurité suivantes :
AdBlockPlus pour bloquer les publicités ;
WOT, pour t'avertir des sites web dangereux.

• Java n'est pas à jour, c'est une faille de sécurité.
Il faut d'abord désinstaller l'ancienne version : Ouvre le menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes --> sélectionne toutes les versions de java présentes et désinstalle les.
Ensuite, télécharge et installe la nouvelle version depuis le site officiel de java : https://java.com/fr/

• Adobe Reader n’est pas à jour, c’est une faille de sécurité. Désinstalle le en allant dans menu démarrer --> panneau de configuration --> ajout/suppression de programmes. Puis télécharge et installe la nouvelle version.

• Tu dois aussi mettre à jour tous tes autres programmes pour combler des failles de sécurité... Vérifie les mises disponibles à l'aide de ce petit programme (choisis la version sans installation) : Update Checker

2) Relance Hijackthis (pour la dernière fois), choisis "scan system only" et coche les lignes suivantes qui sont inutiles :

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SoundMan] SOUNDMAN.EXE
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ctfmon.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe

Si tu as bien mis à jour Adobe Reader comme je te l'ai recommandé, cette ligne devrait apparaitre, tu peux la cocher : O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Adobe Reader Speed Launcher] "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\Reader_sl.exe"

Coche également toutes les lignes commençant par 016

Ensuite, clique sur "Fix checked"

3) Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton Bureau pour nettoyer l'ordi de tous les outils qu'on a utilisé.
Lance le, clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se finir, puis clique sur Suppression pour nettoyer.
Tu peux aussi supprimer les fichiers temporaires.
Ensuite, supprime manuellement ToolsCleaner (mets le à la corbeille).
S'il ne supprime pas tout, supprime manuellement ce qui reste.

4) Télécharge et installe Ccleaner, puis lance le.
Clique sur Option → avancé → décoche « effacer uniquement les fichiers plus vieux que 48h »
Puis Nettoyeur → Analyse → Lancer le nettoyage, puis sur OK dans la fenêtre qui s' affiche.
Enfin, Registre → corrige toutes les erreurs, et recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus d'erreurs.

(Tu peux garder ce logiciel et l'utiliser régulièrement).

5) Pour finir le nettoyage, il faut purger la restauration du système (pour supprimer les points de restauration infectés). Pour ça, suis ce tutoriel stp.

j'ai effectué toutes les étapes que tu as décrites sauf en ce qui concerne le petit logitiel update checker, j'ai droit à un message d'erreur en cliquant sur le fichier .exe sans installation :

L'application n'a pas réussi à s'initialiser correctement (0xc0000135)

Peut être que je devrait essayer la version avec installation ?

Et au fait, pour la version piratée, il s'agit d'une version qu'un ami m'a installé sur cet ordinateur que j'ai récupéré et qui ne marchait plus, en me la présentant comme beaucoup plus légère que Windows XP...
je ne m'était pas posé la question de savoir si elle était légale ou non et je n'ai pas moyen d'installer un vrai Windows donc... j'assumerai les problèmes...
