Question

Bonjour,
J'ai désinstallé avast avec revo unistaller, mais il s'avère qu'il est toujours présent. Il n'est plus détecté sur ma liste d'ajout et suppression de programme, mais il est toujours en fonction, car j'ai encore ses alertes.

Parce que actu, lorsque je l'ouvre y'a un message qui après traduction me dit que la protection résistante d'avast est activée, il est donc impossible de compléter l'opération.

Oué, ya des services d'avast en cours, mais il m'est impossible de les désactiver. On me dit que une erreur a été renvoyé, et qu'il est pas possible de désactivé les services sélectionnés

As tu essayé d'aller dans le gestionnaire de tache (Ctrl, Alt, Suppr) et de terminer les processus d'avast ?

Bon alors telecharge Hijackthis  

Installe le sur ton bureau 

Une fois installé lance le en cliquant sur l'icone qui est apparu après l'installation 

Une fois hijackthis lancé clic sur "Do a system scan and save the logfile" 

Post le rapport ainsi généré dans ta prochaine réponse

J'avais oublié de signifier, le dossier Avast est toujours là dans program files. Et il a la plupart de ses composantes qui y sont. Je fait le hijack voir ce que c va donner

Relance hijackthis mais cette fois clic sur "Do a system scan only" 

ensuite coches les cases sur la gauche des ces lignes :

Puis clic sur "Fix checked" ensuite redémarre ton pc et réessai de supprimer le dossier avast en te servant de l'utilitaire que l'on t'as donné au début
