Unlock a PC running Vista

Hello,
is there anyone who could give me the solution to unlock a PC running Vista? I don't have the administrator password, I just bought it at an auction along with various equipment: a desk, chairs, a cabinet, and lots of odds and ends. It's an HP dual-core running Vista Pro. If there's a possibility, you can send me an email at the following address (cherfabien@live.fr) or if you want, you can leave me a phone number and I'll call you to avoid the phone bill.
Configuration: Windows Vista Pro Internet Explorer 7.0

    Try starting in safe mode:
When the computer starts, press the F8 key repeatedly until you reach the Advanced Boot Menu where you can select Safe Mode.
Then check if there is any other account besides the one that is password protected.

If there isn't, you should have the restoration CD that came with the unit when it was purchased at auction, or the restoration may be allocated to a partition of the hard drive. To launch the Windows Vista restoration, when starting the PC, the information displayed on the screen should show you the key to press to start it.

      Hello
I start well in safe mode and then I always end up at the administrator password prompt. Moreover, I don't have a Vista CD, otherwise I would have figured out how to make it work. And it's not just one but two computers that I recovered, both the same, keyboard, mouse, and monitor. If I can't do it, I'll probably end up going to a pro, but given the resale price, I'm trying to avoid it.
