Pb surchauffe/Rapport Hijackthis

Il a quel âge ton pc
Est-il toujours sous garantie?

Question au hasard: Tu es certain(e) d'utiliser le bon câble d'alimentation? (Oui, je sais, c'est très c**)

Lis les 5 messages ici (Tu peux aussi utiliser un coton tige humide pour nettoyer les pales du ventilateur).

Concernant le rapport Genproc:
Fais le scan en ligne qui t'est conseillé et poste le rapport.

As tu fixé les lignes que je t'ai conseillé avec Hijackthis?

Je ne vois pas grand chose, mais fait quand même ceci :

Télécharge GenProc sur ton bureau

Double-clique sur GenProc.exe

et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre

Pour ceux qui ont Vista, ne pas oublier de désactiver Le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

IMPORTANT : poste le rapport et ne fais rien d'autre pour l'instant ( souvent il faut ajouter des consignes à la manipe indiquée pour que cela fonctionne parfaitement )

Je suis d'accord avec Benurrr, la surchauffe est souvent dûe à un souci de ventilation.
Si c'est un portable, évite de le poser sur une couverture par exemple. (Il capte l'air frais par le dessous)
Si c'est un pc de bureau, fais le ménage au niveau de l'entrée d'air.

Sinon tu peux aussi alléger ton démarrage en relançant HijackThis, puis clique sur "Do a system scan only" et coche ces 20 lignes et clique sur le bouton "Fix checked", en bas à gauche :

m'est maintenant impossible de lancer une vidéo en ayant le cordon de l'alimentation branchée.
Comment savoir si le problème vient du ventilo, ou de l'alimentation?

@ Trying2: En fait avant je ne savais pas que poser mon ordinateur sur un matelas ou une couverture pouvait provoquer une surchauffe. Mon pc a un peu plus d'un an, mais des soucis personnels m'ont empêchée de le ramener à la garantie, et maintenant il n'est plus couvert.
C'est un Dell Inspiron 1525 et j'utilise le câble d'alimentation qui m'a été fourni avec lors de son achat.
Cela me coûterait-il énormément de faire changer le ventilateur, au profit d'un modèle plus puissant, par un professionnel? Et surtout, serait-ce utile dans mon cas?

Par contre depuis que j'ai fixé les 20 lignes avec HijackThis, à chaque démarrage, j'ai plusieurs messages d'erreur, dont un qui ferme le bureau et affiche un écran gris (je ne peux pas faire d'imprim écran quand ce dernier s'affiche).
Cependant, j'ai pu faire une imprim écran pour les deux premiers messages d'erreur:

Et concernant le scan en ligne de GenProc, j'ai bien suivi la procédure (je suis passée par IE7 et j'ai installé le contrôle ActiveX) et pourtant il m'affiche ce message suivant :

Initialization of the ESET scanner > Error: Cannot initialize OnlineScanner Administrator required.

Tout d'abord merci pour tes réponses.

En ce qui concerne la fixation des lignes, les deux premiers messages n'apparaissent plus dorénavant, mais il subiste toujours cette boîte de dialogue qui, lorsque l'on clique sur 'Afficher le message', fait apparaître ce fameux écran gris.

Pour mon problème de température, oui j'entends la ventilation, et quand je lance une vidéo (ou un programme tel qu'un antivirus) celle-ci devient vraiment bruyante, et mon pad chauffe par la même occasion.
En fait, à ce moment là, la température monte mais reste assez 'basse' pour ne pas éteindre l'ordinateur (65°/75° max).
Par contre, si je m'amuse à brancher le cordon d'alimentation, ça dépasse automatiquement les 90° jusqu'à qu'il finisse par s'éteindre.
Autrement, la température oscille entre 50° et 60° max (je ne m'y connais absolument pas, mais je trouve ça quand même beaucoup pour 3 pages internet ouvertes non?)
Donc j'ai un gros doute sur l'état de mon alimentation...

Enfin, j'ai abandonné le scan GenProc, car dès que je lançais l'analyse, IE7 cessait de fonctionner quasi immédiatement malgré mes plusieurs tentatives.
Donc j'ai tenté Kapersky, en vain. Ce scan en ligne reste trop 'lourd' pour mon pauvre pc qui s'est éteint à 15% de son analyse :(

Ah oui j'oubliais une dernière petite question sur ces fameuses stations d'accueil destinées à ventiler le portable : ce sont des espèces de 'socles' que l'on place en dessous du pc pour favoriser la ventilation?

Oui alors je ne m'étais pas plantée dans ma recherche. Je ne connaissais pas, mais apparemment ça a l'air de faire du bien aux ordi/grill comme le mien. Moins de 50 € reste toujours plus économique que de le faire voir par un pro (je suis allée me renseigner, rien que le devis me coûterait 30 € sans garantie de résultat donc bon...).
Je vais voir s'il y en a qui serait bien adapté par rapport à la position du ventilo et du processeur.

Pour le ménage, je n'ai jamais osé toucher à quoi que ce soit qui serait interne à l'ordinateur lol. J'ai lu que les coups d'aspirateur étaient bien trop puissants par rapport à la taille du ventilateur et qu'au final, ça ne leur faisait pas de bien du tout. Et comme je m'y connais trop peu, j'ai préféré ne rien faire.

J'ai aussi fait le petit test sans la batterie, en lançant une vidéo, ça limite un chouïa la température, qui monte quand même jusqu'à 85°. Mais dans mon cas c'est toujours bon à prendre pour éviter de tout redémarrer à chaque fois.

Concernant l'analyse avec RSIT, seul le fichier log.txt s'est ouvert, j'ai dû aller chercher le info.txt dans le dossier rsit (je détaille au cas où je n'aurais pas dû lol).

Bon, j'ai vu des traces d'une bestiole (xn1i9x.com) qui ne devraient pas être là.
Si tu as une clé USB ou un DD externe, qui correspond généralement à la lettre F:/, il faudra les brancher.
Inutile de dire que si c'est une clé et qu'elle transite sur d'autres pc, ceux-ci sont également touchés.
On va essayer de shooter ça avec USBfix:

*Télécharge et installe UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29.

*Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir.

*Fais un clic droit sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau et choisis "exécuter en tant qu'administrateur" .

*Choisi l'option 1 ( Recherche )

*Laisse travailler l'outil.

*Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra dans ton prochain message.

Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )
"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Mon ordinateur ne souffre pas de ralentissements, mais depuis quelques temps j'ai une ou deux choses qui déconnent. J'ai ma webcam, intégrée à l'ordinateur, qui s'allume toute seule plusieurs fois à la suite accompagnée d'un message d'erreur : http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/761/webcamk.jpg

Puis, je suis sous Vista, et j'ai pour habitude de ne jamais utiliser la fonction 'arrêter', mais je clique directement sur le bouton 'veille' (je n'y connais rien alors je te fais une Nième impr écr pour être sûre que tu comprennes lol).

Avant, il n'y avait aucun voyant lumineux qui clignotait quand je fermais le pc, et quand je le rouvrais, il fallait que j'appuie sur le bouton d'allumage pour le remettre sous tension. Et maintenant, le voyant reste à clignoter, et il suffit de rouvrir le portable pour qu'il se remette sous tension de suite.

Myriam, n'hésite pas à me relancer de temps en temps, car j'ai parfois tendance à "me disperser"...
Je repasse plus tard. (si je ne me disperse pas)

Je me permets de continuer le fil de ce poste. En effet, j'ai moi aussi des pb de surchauffe avec mon portable.
Avec des vidéos ou du flash, il chauffe. j'entends le ventilo tourner fort et au bout d'un certain temps, le système s'éteint.
