Hello,
I would like to connect my PC to my TV, so I would like to know if there is a significant difference in display quality between a DVI/HDMI cable and an HDMI/HDMI cable.

I suspect that HDMI/HDMI is more efficient, but I would like to know if it is significantly better or not, like whether the quality of the DVI/HDMI cable will be closer to HDMI or S-Video...
Thank you for your replies!

To put it simply, DVI is more than sufficient for transmitting a video stream; HDMI won't perform any better. The difference is that it also carries audio in addition to DVI.
P.S.: The quality (and thus the price) of the cable can have an impact over long distances (e.g., 10m).
