xbox 360 on flat screen without HDMI port Solved

Question

Hello, I currently have a premium Xbox 360 but it doesn't have the HDMI port on the back (because it's one of the very first ones). I wanted to know if it's possible to connect it to a flat screen anyway.
And also, if it's possible, do I lose a lot of image quality compared to the new premium ones with the HDMI port?

Yes, you can connect it with the Peritel, but you're going to lose quality, especially if your flat screen is large and in full HD!!!
If it's HD Ready, it's already not great with the HDMI cable, so imagine using a Peritel on a full HD... it's like playing on a Super Nintendo.

you can plug it into the YUV sockets if your TV has one, you can go up to 1080 (p or i, I don't remember)  Anyway, you will be in HD (if your TV is HD of course)

There is a cable that you can find for less than €20 that is compatible with the Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360. It connects to the console on one end and has 6 color-coded connectors on the other end, 5 of which need to be connected to the "component" input of your TV. With this cable, I was able to enable the "edtv/hdtv" setting in the menu of my Wii (which was grayed out when using the RGB tricolor cable or SCART). As a result, the picture quality is stunning, despite the maximum 60Hz that the Wii operates at. For the Xbox 360, I'm sure there's a way, if you have the appropriate TV of course, to output in 100Hz and achieve an exceptional image.

No, but you're overthinking it too much^^

The 360 premium has HD connectivity, it's YUV, the SCART with 3 cables for video instead of 2, you just connect it to your TV and it's all good. Of course, your TV needs to have this connectivity (if it doesn't have at least that, then your TV is not HD).
