Canon copier IR3100 Error code E000013-000

Hello,
I have a Canon IR3100 copier printer that displays
error code E 000013-000 with the message stating that the waste ink tank is full.
I emptied the plastic bottle that contained the waste ink.
The message continued to appear once the printer was turned on and I was able to make photocopies or print documents.
This time it doesn’t want to cooperate anymore. When I turn it on, it stays on the error message E 000013-000.
Have you ever encountered this issue and how can it be resolved?
It seems that the counter (for cleaning the heads) needs to be reset to zero ?????

Hello, it is important that the used toner cartridge is very clean, especially at the top. There are 2 holes protected by adhesive; this is where the detection occurs, so please clean these 2 areas well. Do you no longer have a maintenance contract? Because that should normally be included.
