Hello,
I have both ISAFACT and ISACOMPTA software for which I discontinued maintenance, and now I'm stuck.
In order to close the accounts to be able to invoice for 2009, I have a problem with 3 invoices stuck in the sales journal, and therefore I can't close it.
Does anyone know how to unblock me?
Since there is a gateway between invoicing and accounting, the latter is blocking the former.
Help!!!

120 € for troubleshooting, it doesn't surprise me coming from Isagri. When you see how much we get paid, it hurts!!!
I think that given the date of your message, you must have found the solution.
Just in case, I'll give you a clue.
I think your invoices are blocked because they are not posted. As a result, they are hindering your closing process.
To post them, I know you need to right-click and the "post" option appears.
However, I can't remember exactly where. I don't work directly with Isafact, so I don't know the software by heart. I wonder if it's not in the sales journal or something similar.

Dear Bugy, you indeed have the message "Version Expired," which is due to the fact that you no longer have updates: either due to non-payment of maintenance or missed updates.
However, you can contact us to get unblocked at 03.44.06.40.10 or 03.44.06.40.20, without any financial compensation if you wish to access your data.
As for our clients who are waiting for responses from this forum, please note that some solutions may work, but we cannot guarantee that it won’t damage your Isagri files or applications.
Only the relevant support teams can respond to you.

Absolutely, with ISAGRI, even if you pay, you get charged extra if it's not justified. Updates don’t always install on their own, and if you contact them and they can't help you, you still have to pay!!! It's shameful

It worked perfectly.
Actually, I had to manually record each invoice by right-clicking on the invoice number once it was opened. However, for some, I received a message saying that the account number was incorrect (even though it was). I replaced it with another one and the recording could be done.
So afterwards, I was able to close the fiscal year and open that of 2009. It's a bit late, but oh well........
All of this comes from the connection between billing and accounting. I don't use accounting.

Indeed, as we indicated for your case, only the Isagri support can help you because your ECRI table is damaged.
To repair it, you need to go to the support outside the file, and to access it, you will need a code that only the support can provide you.

Hello, I would like to use this topic to raise my issue. I am an isacompta user, and in the input module, in the movement label, it retrieves all the history that I have written in each account. Can we delete this history to sort a bit in the movement labels? Because the list grows quickly.

It's what I also wanted to do, stick with my old software that I originally bought for around €700. But it's impossible to open the software because it keeps closing. So, with two months left until the end of my financial year, I didn't have much choice but to take a maintenance plan to get it unlocked.

I stopped the maintenance in 2009 and found myself locked out (no access at all) in December 2010, having to pay two years of maintenance to continue; otherwise, the software would be useless. I find that outrageous, I am disappointed with Isagri and I do not recommend it to anyone.

If the problem is due to an expiration date (which was my case), Isagri should normally provide you with the steps to be able to use Isacompta anyway (and I suppose Isafact too). Indeed, if you no longer pay for maintenance, you will no longer receive updates, but since you must have purchased the software initially, you should be able to use it without a time limit.

To avoid having the entire history list, follow this procedure:
Click on Settings, then Input Settings, choose entry by item or by slip, then go to the User-related Settings tab, and at the bottom, uncheck the two boxes in movement entry label management, or choose what interests you. Don't hesitate to ask for help again if you can't find it.

I have version 6.10 of isacompta. I wanted to know how to install it on Windows 7. Is that possible?
I have canceled the maintenance because I wasn't using it, and since it represented about €250 per year, I decided to cancel it.
I don't see why I wouldn't be able to use my software on Windows 7 just because I'm not taking the maintenance.

for my part, I stopped the maintenance 10 years ago = €250 per year x 10 = €2500 saved. I still use version 6.10 and it works. I bought the software, so I don't see why the software would be blocked just because I'm not paying for the maintenance. Especially for accounting, updates are not useful. I therefore use my version with Windows XP because Isagri has not made it compatible with Windows 7.
You can use an older version like mine with Windows 7 PRO and use a tool provided by Microsoft called Windows XP Mode in Windows 7 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows?ui=en-US&rs=en-001&ad=US.

If you are a user like me, you don't have to defend them. I use iaspaye, isavigne, and isacompta, and I would like to know if it's possible to run all of that on Linux because I'm tired of Windows and its resource hogging.
I have never looked into the problem, even though I'm interested in Linux, but I have never seen it work.
