Hello,
I use EBP business management for my micro-enterprise and I would like to have my bank details appear on my invoices so that they can easily see where to pay me.
I haven't found the option in the invoice customization. Is there one, or how is this generally arranged?
Thank you in advance
Julien
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 53.0

Hello and sorry for my delayed response.
My PC was stolen, so while waiting for the insurance, buying a new one, and reinstalling everything took some time. I didn't have an EBP backup, so I had to redo everything.
Additionally, I'm currently hospitalized, which doesn't help at all...
Anyway, the field being used is: {SaleDocument.AccountDetail_InternationalBankAccountNumber}
And as I mentioned, it doesn't appear automatically. The only way for the IBAN to show up is to select the bank from the file in the "Payments/Deductions" tab when creating my invoice. So it has to be done for each invoice.
I would have liked this number to appear without additional manipulation.
Also, now that I've created a template, is it possible to set it as the default instead of having to look for it almost at the bottom of the list each time, and if so, how?
Thanks in advance and sorry again for this temporary abandonment. -
The bank details are only needed once, so keeping them permanently on an invoice really isn't necessary... You can include them with the first invoice along with a little note of explanation...
Alternatively, you can add the bank details at the bottom of the page with the legal mentions (menu "Settings/company/sales documents") -
Thank you for the response, but it's also to avoid attaching my bank details for every new client. Once it's on the invoice, everything is provided, and there's no risk of losing the client.
But it seemed to me that there was a specific option to include the bank details clearly. Am I mistaken?-
No, nothing specific... because as I was saying, it's used only once... when the client has registered your RIP with their bank... they no longer need it afterwards...
If you don't want to include it with the legal notices, you can put it in the header by modifying the entire presentation... that's also possible (depending on the version of the software you have). -

It's practically always OL...
If your software version allows you to modify the editing templates, when you have a preview of an invoice (or another document) on the screen and you click on "edit template" (in the preview window's toolbar), you should have the template editor open in a new window (EBP Report Designer).
In this editor, you can modify the entire presentation of your invoice... to the centimeter! However, depending on your version, this feature may not be available. -
Yes, I have the editor, but in 2 versions. By default, I have a simple version where we choose presentations and check what we want to appear area by area.
And then there is an advanced version that displays the invoice in a much more complex editor where I have difficulty navigating. It's quite messy in terms of the invoice's visual layout, and I haven't yet clearly identified the options and their possibilities.

Hello,
I carefully read your issue.
The solution is to go to EDIT / STANDARD TEXTS / FOOTER TEXT and then enter your IBAN.
This way, you'll have your IBAN on every invoice.
It's more convenient than attaching a copy of the IBAN to the invoice.

Hello,
I read the problem carefully.
The solution is to go to EDITION / STANDARD TEXTS / FOOTER TEXT and then enter your Iban.
This way, the Iban will appear on each invoice.
It's more convenient than attaching a copy of the Iban to the invoice.

On which invoice printing model did you base your modifications?

You really complicate things for yourself...!
Just add a line at the bottom of your invoice where you'll write your bank details, and that's it...
On almost all models, there is enough space to do this...- I have already done it, the problem is, as I mentioned earlier, that I would like my IBAN to automatically integrate into the space I have reserved. I found the field to insert in my template for it to happen, but I have to select the bank from the file each time in the "Payment/Deductions" tab when creating my invoice for the number to appear on the invoice.
Is it possible to have this option (the bank from the file) pre-selected and if so, how can I do that, please?
