Wordperfect + migrate the "quick words"

Hello everyone,
Here it is,
I have a problem with Wordperfect:
I want to migrate a list of "quick words" from WP 9 on a Win98se machine to WP 10 on a machine running Win XP home.
I followed the procedure outlined on the Corel website by renaming the QW9FR.wpt file to QW10FR.wpt and placing it in the specified directory, while renaming the default file in WP10 to QW10FROLD.wpt.
But it doesn't work... WP keeps displaying what's in the default file and not the file that is supposed to replace it...
It's a big mystery, especially since I've tried with other versions of Wordperfect 8 and 9 on Win 98se machines and it works. I don't understand what's going on...????
Maybe you would have an idea, zatouhazar...
