Display issues of people on TS

Hello everyone, I just spent a whole day setting up my own TeamSpeak server on my PC. Now that this step is done, I realize that when I switch channels, I can no longer see the other people connected on TeamSpeak. In fact, I only see the people who are connected in the same channel as me, but not in the others, which is bothering me. I'm asking for help to display the other people present on TeamSpeak on my server (I should note that this bug has occurred for all members on my TeamSpeak).

    Hello. I just noticed today that I can see the people who are in the subchannels but not in the other channels
    but the problem is still not resolved.
