Need help with FoF, songs issue!

Hello,
so here it is, I have a little problem with the game Frets On Fire, I can't seem to put new songs on it, no matter how much I follow the advice on the forum, it just doesn't work (or maybe I'm REALLY not good at this -_-") . Anyway, it would be nice if someone could help me by giving me step-by-step instructions ^^ Thanks in advance!

Here you go!! You just have to move it, when the download of your song is finished, the document that contains guitar, notes and songs in the songs document of frets on fire here's how to get there:
1: computer
2: local disk
3: program files
4: frets on fire
5: data
6: songs
and then move it there!! it should work, bye!!
