Impossible to start the game (80020321)

Hello,

I bought a PSP for my son and I purchased quite a few games. I tried to download one game to see if it would work, I did everything I needed to do, but it doesn't work. It gives me code 80020321. I checked the system and it's a 3.71 M33-2. What should I do? Thanks
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Turn on the PSP, once in the main menu press SELECT to access the VSH menu.
In the line UMD ISO mode, you need to set it to SONY NP9660 (all this with the arrows)
Once finished, press SELECT again

Oops, I think I made a mistake in the conversation. I'm doing what you said, but I press select and it doesn't work. I end up on the data save screen, and it's a card game.

it's a game on memory card I do what you tell me I turn on the console and I press select but nothing happens I go directly to saved data utility.

So you need to go into the recovery menu: Hold and keep R (5 to 6 seconds) while turning on the console.
Configuration---->UMD mode line press X to get M33 driver no UMD--->back--->exit

A UMD is a game on the small CD, if that's the case, no, there aren't any.
